Join us for an Art Talk on the History of Impressionist Art. We will be discussing the origins of the most revolutionary art movement in history through key figures such as Claude Monet, Edgar Degas to the later Vincent van Gogh. We will discuss how their visionary depictions of nature began to shape the modern art world at the turn of the century in France. Be a part of an interactive group tour of our gallery exhibit The Season for Impressionism as we discuss Impressionist techniques at first hand through the works of contemporaries such as Samir Sammoun, Bruno Zupan, Malcolm Liepke and Mario Jung. Q & A to follow after presentation.
