Abrishami was born in Shiraz, Iran, in 1951 and began painting at a young age and continued his studies at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Perugia in Italy. He moved to the United States in 1984 and his works have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions worldwide.
